This or That Workout Video - Vacation!

I have a brand new This or That workout to share with you today. This is a great activity to assign to students that are absent from PE class. What makes this “This or That” unique is that I have created a Google Docs Assessment Checklist for students to complete. This helps me with accountability for assessment for my students, especially those that are currently virtual learners or for students that are absent.
