What happened to following the seasons listed on the calendar? Despite my back to school blues, I am still excited to meet my new bunch of 6th graders. They are always so scared and stressed out on their first day of middle school, so I always work my hardest to make sure that they feel 100% safe and comfy in my classroom. Meet the Teacher Info Sheet 

​ This is a great resource to use at the beginning of the school year to let your students and parents know a little more about you. Included in this PDF is a link to make a copy, and then this will be fully editable in Google Slides! I have included an example page as well.

Back to School Questionnaire for Parents via Google Forms

This back to school questionnaire for parents is the perfect way to start off the school year. Parents will complete the survey in Google Forms, which can also be completed on a mobile device. I have also included several tutorial pages to show the difference in what you will see (edit mode) versus what the parent will see (live view).

If you are not familiar with Google Forms, it is in a survey type format that allows parents and students to easily fill out the information, and then all answers are automatically consolidated into a Google Sheet (like Excel) for you! ​
