If you are a common windows computer user, then there are some simple shortcut keys that you should know about to help improve your workflow. I have made a slideshow that will nicely print out on to 8.5 x 11 paper that can be laminated and displayed in your classroom as well! Please feel free to make your own copy, but please do NOT share with other teachers. Please re-direct them to this post.
